FAQ
I can’t find the exact product I need on your website — can I still place an order?
Absolutely. All of our orders are individually tailored to meet each client’s specific requirements. The products shown on our website represent the range of categories we highlighted — not a fixed catalog. If you have something specific in mind, just reach out. We’ll work with you to make it happen.
What’s the usual lead time for orders?
Lead times vary by category and order size, but most products ship within 2–6 weeks. We'll confirm the timeline during quotation.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
How is taxation handled for international orders?
MOQ varies depending on product type and customization requirements. As a general guideline, our minimum order value is USD 300,000 per shipment. For certain categories or special projects, small-batch orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Opulence Global is based in the Cayman Islands, where corporate taxation is minimal. This allows us to offer globally competitive pricing. However, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes may apply depending on your country. We recommend checking with your local authorities — our team can assist with documentation and compliance where needed.
Do you provide shipping and insurance for international orders?
Yes. We coordinate international shipping and offer optional cargo insurance based on order value and destination. Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) can be arranged according to your requirements.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes. Samples can be arranged depending on the product type and customization level. Fees and lead times vary and are typically deducted from confirmed orders.
Do you offer quality control before shipping?
Yes. We work only with manufactures that have a strict and consistent internal quality control protocol. We conduct internal quality checks on all shipments to ensure compliance with agreed standards. In addition, buyers may appoint their own inspectors either at the factory before dispatch or at the loading site before container sealing. We fully support both stages and provide coordination as needed.
Can you consolidate products from multiple categories into one shipment?
Yes. One of our key strengths is cross-category sourcing. We can consolidate mixed-product orders into a single shipment with unified packing and documentation.
